‘Three little maids from school are we, Pert as a schoolgirl well can be, Filled to the brim with girlish glee.’ (The Mikado) Note: Seems to be most effective when sung in amateur productions by ladies of somewhat senior years - particularly if they take themselves seriously.
‘She may very well pass for forty-three In the dusk with the light behind her!’ (Trial by Jury)
‘If a man can’t forge his own will, whose will can he forge? (Ruddigore)

The Society was recently invited to take part in a workshop as part of the BBC Voices project.
A group of five went to the BBC studios at The Forum in Norwich to learn how to make a video. The idea is to use the skills and knowledge gained to make a video of the Society in action.
We were taught about camera shots and angles, how to use the camera and then sent out into Norwich city centre to take our footage. We were then shown how to edit them into the final masterpiece.
Our group made three films between us which you can watch below. (The video is embedded in the site from You Tube - if the sound track includes copyright material you may get some advertisements with the films.)
We are hoping to take up the offer to return to learn more about sound - and maybe get the Society into the studio to make a quality recording.
